Beverages at The Grateful Gnome

The Grateful Gnome has 12 beers on tap, a rotating C Squared Cider, and a non-alcoholic root beer. We will primarily pour our beers made in-house, but will rotate guest taps from time to time. We’ve also got a great cocktail list.

Easy Drinkin’

Mountainlair Lager

4.3% • A light, crisp, traditional German-Style Helles Lager.

Malty

The Eradicator American Strong Ale

10.5% • Big flavorful beer. Cara-Ruby and Honey malt. Copper and Idaho 7 hops. Good for those that like bold flavors and high ABV.

Biggie’s Malt Liquor

7.2% • Biggie turns two years old 2/29 and asked for something along the lines of Olde E, Mickey’s, St. Ides, or the like. This is our take on an old-school favorite, a beefed up version of the classic American Lager.  Locally grown Thunder Pilsner malt and flaked corn combine with El Dorado hops to create a crushable beer that packs a punch!

Effin Marzen

6.3% • An elegant European-style Amber Lager with a toasty/bready malt profile.

ESB

5.8% • Traditional British style ESB. Rich copper colour, slight yeasty sweetness on the aroma with a striking balance of malt and hops for an endlessly crushable pint.

Tenn Street Coffee Amber

5.7% • Biscuity, nutty and fruity notes from our ESB pair beautifully with dark roast cold brew coffee from our friends around the corner at Tenn Street Coffee.

Nitro Blackstrap Porter

5.7% • Rich chocolate malt and molasses combine with dank West Coast hops (Chinook, CTZ, Centennial).

Hoppy

Giggity IPA

6.8% • West Coast style IPA featuring heavy doses of Amarillo, Centennial, and Chinook hops.

Cartoon Hammer Hazy IPA

7.3% • This Hazy IPA features El Dorado, Azacca, Moutere, & Kohatu hops, the vast majority of which are added during the whirlpool and dry-hopped. This results in a smooth, fluffy, mouthfeel and sub-30 IBUs.

Simcoe IPA

7.2% • Locally grown/malted Genie and Light Crystal Malt provides the backdrop to highlight the complex depth of the Simcoe hop variety. Utilizing the “Cryo” process, excess plant material is removed, concentrating the hoppy goodness. The flavor profile is strong citrus, berry and stone fruit, balanced by West Coast pine and earthy/resinous undertones.

India Red Ale

5.8% • Collab w/ Queen City Optical. Caramel and stone fruit maltiness, without being sweet or heavy. Balanced with a noticeable Cascade hop flavor and aroma. $1 per mug/pint poured is donated to Anchor Center For Blind Children here in Denver.

Little Fella Session IPA

4.5% • This is the preferred beverage of local gnomes, with a gold color and a Citra hop profile featuring notes of peach, orange, and lime.
